5. Ivan Rakitic:
The 29 year old Croatian midfielder is in fact one of the most underrated players at the club, he is very hardworking on the right side of the central midfield, he had a wonderful season playing 48 games scoring 9 times including one at the Bernabeu in the 3-2 victory over Real Madrid and set up another 5.
4. Luis Suarez:
The Uruguayan striker had another wonderful season scoring 41 goals in 52 appearances and providing 15 assists, but he somehow lacked consistency, his recent performances against Malaga, Juventus both legs, Real Madrid were somewhat below par.
3. Samuel Umtiti
He joined from Lyon last summer after his superb performances for France in EURO 2016 and since he hasn't looked back, he's been solid at the back in his 40 games this season and has a 93.1% passing accuracy.
2. Neymar Jr:
In terms of goals he just has 20 from 46 games while setting up 18, but his performance this season have been world class especially in the 6-1 victory over PSG where he scored twice and brilliantly set up Sergi Roberto for the fifth.
1. You know who, Leo Messi:
Simply the best, who knows where Barcelona will be without him this season, he is the player who has won more points for his team with his goals in the league this season. Scoring a superb 53 goals in 50 matches for the club he also provided 11 assists and a superb 18 man of the match awards.
