WHAT ERNESTO NEEDS TO DO

These are the greatest challenges awaiting the Barca Boss
1. Develop a system: You will agree with me that during Enrique's last season at the club, they really lacked a system, the new coach has to develop a working system that will suit and bring out the best out of his current players

2. Transfer the right players:
He needs to buy where necessary and sell the fringes for only the right price.

3. Make Iniesta commit:
Even though he won't be playing as much games as before, the club needs its captain to stay and mentor the next generation of players.

4. Trust the youth:
This shouldn't be much of a problem for him as he did this in Athletic Bilbao helping develop players such as Iniaki Williams, Laporte etc. He should permanently promote Alena, Marlon and convince Rafinha to stay put.

5. Bring back excitement and buzz:
Barcelona has been lacking this recently and he must bring back excitement to the Camp Nou.

6. Rotate Well:
This is one area Luis Enrique failed badly, Ernesto has to trust his backup players such as Denis Suarez, Rafinha, Paco, Digne etc.

7. Center the team around Leo Messi and Neymar Jr
It's no secret that Leo is the currently the best player at the club, but he's turning 30 in June so they have to start preparing for life without him, and Neymar is his successor.

8. Win the Champions League:
This is no small task but Ernesto will have to win this trophy in order to place Barcelona as the best team in Europe.
